Mrs. Elizabeth Hill, founder of the Gamelea Countryside Trust - an organisation that focuses primarily on the care of individuals with learning disabilities - was recently made Godmother of Independence of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship.
The Gamelea Countryside Trust provides young people who have physical and/or learning disabilities with the opportunity to gain vocational skills. These skills provide an important stepping stone into the working world, allowing individuals to become more integrated into the society in which they live.
PR Consultants Wilson Dow, requested sign language interpreter to convey Mrs. Hill's speech to members of the audience who were deaf or hard of hearing. Prestige Network was proud to be able to send one of their highly skilled BSL (British Sign Language) Interpreters to assist in what was a rewarding day for all concerned.
